My client requires a Business Analyst/Project lead within their Middleware/Application Integration group.
The role involves managing integration projects as part of larger technology change projects, dealing extensively with other technology groups. This includes requirements gathering, functional specifications, managing implementation and testing.
Candidates should be familiar with XML/XSLT and industry messaging standards such as ISO15022 and FIX. Some understanding of middleware technologies would also be desirable.
Knowledge of business and data flows from front to back office is desirable but not essential.
The role would also suit someone with 3-4 years development experience looking to move into a business analysis/project management role.
Personal Skills:
MUST be proactive & able to multi-task on their own initiative
Good project planning and co-ordination skills
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
