My client, a global software house based in London are looking for a support analyst to join their Client Support team. Largely project based, your role will encompass installations, connectivity, upgrades and support responsibilities. Your experience to date will probably encompass supporting applications connecting to European Exchanges such as Euronext, Sets, Xetra, SWX, Virt-X, using Sun Solaris UNIX or Databases ( Oracle, Sybase or SQL ) to monitor & query Exchange & Internal Forwarder Databases and troubleshooting any orderflow and connection anomalies and installation of Servers ( W2K ). Any development experience would also be useful although not essential. You must have some experience of FIX Protocol.
