A leading hedge fund are currently seeking an experienced FIX Developer to assume total control of all FIX Connectivity & Order Management development across all global exchanges.
The ideal candidate will be sharp & dynamic and have excellent technical and interpersonal skills.
Technically you must have strong C++ and or Java with XML and Python. Additionally any experience with any sungard products and or GL products would be ideal - specifically GL APIs would be perfect.
This young vibrant company have already hit there FUM target and as such are now going through a period of exceptional growth, the ideal candidate for this environment will come from a strong relevant diverse banking background, contract or permanent and now be looking specifically to get involved at the initial stages with a very promising hedge fund.
We will look at both contractors and permanent candidates, however all candidates must be currently based in the UK.
Financially if you are the right candidate then it is possible to earn packages that traditional banking environments can not rival.
