We are seeking a dynamic individual to play a key role in the server-side development efforts for our latest web-based fixed-income trading product. This new offering is an essential component of straight through processing (STP) and will have a tremendous impact on the way fixed income products are settled.
Required Skills:
Sr. level VC++ programming skills, including 4-6 years of real commercial development experience. An in-depth understanding of Microsoft server-side technologies including COM and MTS/COM+. Solid FIX protocol, XML and XSL experience necessary. Experience with SQL database development a plus. Extensive development background in an NT / 2000 environment required. A background, which includes successfully managing an entire portion of the development lifecycle of an e-commerce product, is highly desired. The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical professionals is also sought. Sound engineering judgment and the ability to be a key player in a team of high- powered developers and technologists. Experience with the Visual Basic or ASP programming languages a plus. Familiarity with the fixed income markets. Experience with securities clearance and settlement processing is also highly desired.
Salary: 90-110K base, bonus up to 40%, total comp possibilities of 150K.
