Support analyst required by global financial to join the system support team for commission and non-commission based transactional products. You will sit between Sales, Programming and Console room as well as the business. You will also provide production support for all FIX clients including session level troubleshooting and order status enquiries.
In order to apply for this role you must have a minimum of three years support experience, a good PC awareness and some basic knowledge of UNIX, Cisco, FTP and TCP/IP. FIX protocol experience is advantegeous.
