For the moment, we have our trading platform on AS400 and we want to implement FIX 4.2.
Are there FIX gateways for AS400 or do we have to implement them ourselves?

Note in case you cannot find an acceptable AS400-based option, you might also find that you can use a FIX gateway running on another platform and "talk" to it via TCP sockets or some sort of middeleware. Another option is to build the business message processing piece on the FIX gateway platform such that it interfaces between the two.

We are also looking to run FIX Engine on AS400. Have you rcv’d any response to this email yet?
