Tampa Bay area Hedge Fund software development company seeks a C++/Unix/Linux Programmer with Trade Order Management experience. You also MUST have extensive FIX and XML experience. In addition, experience developing to the Reuters data feed and Reuters Trade Order Routing System is preferred. Experience in the financial industry IS A MUST.
Requirements:
-Prior Financial trading industry experience.
-At least 8 years overall overall programming
experience
-At least 5 years C/C++ experience programming
applications in a Unix/Linux environment (at least 2
under Linux)
-Experience with FIX (Financial Information Exchange
Protocol)
-At least 2 years experience with XML
-Experience with Reuters data feed and Trade Order
Routing system.
Preferred:
-Candidates with specialized education/experience in
advanced computer science, math, artificial
intelligence, statistical analysis, and algorithms.
-Demonstrated team management skills
-Good communication skills
These are fulltime opportunities with a salary from $80-$125K, commensurate with experience. Some
relocation assistance provided. Contractors need not apply.
