I am concerend that someone is filing or has already filed for a patent on FIXML related technologies. Could this happen?
What is the FIX committee doing about either maintaining patents related to electronic trading all the way to STP? What is the current position?
Can the FIX (or FIXML sub-) committee hold patents and make them available or at least keep it in the public domain?
