Dear FIX Protocol friends,
Yesterday we’ve put into production our first FIX-enabled Kyoto’s Protocol Carbon Credit Trading System here at Brazilian Mercantile and Futures Exchange. Through the system, interested parties from all around the world were able to participate in the First Kyotos’s Protocol Carbon Credit Auction, where more than 805 tons of C0 Reduction was sold. Behind the scenes, a FIX enabled trading system was running. Then, we can say: FIX Protocol was used FIX the world!!!
