FIX Protocol Limited (FPL) Kicks Off 2003 with 21 New Member Firms & Open Member Meetings to Encourage Participation

FIX Protocol Limited welcomes existing and new members as well as interested prospects to attend the initial 2003 meetings of the FPL organization.

OPPORTUNITY:

In order to encourage more firms to participate in FPL, the organization has opened its initial 2003 member meetings to all interested firms.

  • Global Fixed Income Committee Conference call – January 14, 2003 at 12:30 PM (NY time)
  • Americas Regional Committee Meeting - January 16, 2003 at 10 AM (NY Time), New York City.
  • European Regional Committee Meeting - January 22, 2003 at 4:30 PM (UK time), London.
  • Global Derivatives Committee Meeting - February 6, 2003 at 9 AM (Chicago Time), Chicago.
  • Asia-Pacific Regional – Meeting planned for February 2003.
  • Japan Regional – Meeting planned for February 2003.

These meetings are open to all new members and interested prospective firms. Pre-registration is requested for attendance. For details of

EXPANSION SUCCESS:

In the first months of opening up membership, FPL has attracted 21 new member firms to participate in FPL. The newly expanded FIX organization now includes 66 firms that account for over 100 committee memberships.
