Hi All,
I searched Google for fix query language and got
http://www.google.com/search?q="fix+query+language"
The page listed above shows two links to http://b2bits.com/
My questions :-
-
Is this FIX Query language recognised by fixprotocol.org ?
-
If yes where can I find more info on FIXQL
( Note : The link to FIXQL in b2bits website does not work )
Regards,
Mahesh

FIXQL is not part of the FIX standard - it appears to be part of a commercial product from B2Bits.

Hi Mahesh,
Are you looking to query FIX Engine logs, or stored FIXML documents? As FIX is a transaction messaging protocol, there is no inherent persistence store to be queried.
Regards,
Robert

Hi Robert,
I am looking for a way to query a group of FIX messages ( maybe but not necessarily a full FIX session log ) to extract a set of FIX messages which match a condition.
Regards,
Mahesh

Mahesh,
FIXQL is a language which was created by B2BITS and used in a tool called Form which analyzes FIX communication records. You can use this link http://b2bits.com/fix_trading_solutions/fix_risk_management_form.html to review the language specifications.
