I am working on staffing several direct hire positions for a hugely successful Hedge Fund in Chicago. Skills needed include strong FIX experience combined with order management systems application development.
Requirements include C++, threads, network programming, Linux/Solaris (make, debugger, etc.), shell or perl scripting and SQL.
The positions involve Front Office infrastructure support, maintenance and development. Responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing Linux/Solaris based real-time and trade management systems, 1st level support and tactical development.
