For loading testing of FIX there are already tools avaliable

You can look for “Trade Test” which come from Objective Concepts
and also Aegis Client Simulator

Can you be specific regarding the load testing, whether you want to test by creating any scenario or you just want to dump a bunch of new orders to OMS to check the stress level of your OMS.

Then it will be easy to answer your question.
