I am looking for a software package or structured training program for new employees to work on our FIX Support Desk.

Do you know of any software or programs that provide this? While this website serves this purpsose to a degree, my hope is to provide something a little more structured and goal / measurement orientated and We are hoping for something beyond the scope of the FIX Manual / specification.
