I am a developer with many years of experience in middleware such as TIB/Rendezvous, IBM MQ Series, Talarian/SmartSockets. I also have experience developing FIX engines, applications, and SWIFT mappings and parsers. I have currently been developing a workflow solution for the GSTPA TFM. I have many years of experience with Java, C/C++, Solaris, Sybase, Oracle, etc.

Principal Engineer
? Developed STP solution using a common data model for equity and
fixed-income trading for financial institutions based on GSTPA and
Omgeo. Used XML Schemas and Xerces for data validation, and XSL
and Xalan for semantic validation.
? Developed a lightweight, high-performance FIX engine in Java. The
emphasis was on scalability using multi-threading. Since FIX engines do
a large amount of TCP/IP I/O, the threads were designed to keep the
I/O of different threads from interfering.
? Worked on a transformation, mapping, and routing tool in Java. This
tool is designed to transform data from disparate sources such as
databases, files, middleware, etc. to a common format, transform them
using a mapper, and then send them out in the specified output format.
Used by Ariba for integration with various ERP systems such as SAP,
PeopleSoft, and Oracle Financials.
? Developed adapters using TIB/Adapter SDK and TIB/Adapter
Designer to connect to various external systems such as SWIFT, GSTPA
TFM, etc.
? Developed a web server for FAA Accidents and Incidents reports. This
is an online catalog that users can use to get accident and incident
reports on all small aricraft in the USA.

? Worked on the Solaris Sparc version of the HotSpot JDK. Retargetted
the interpreter and the just-in-time compiler to the Sparc chip from x86.
? Developed optimizations for Just-In-Time compiler for Java on Sparc.
New loop optimizations were added to the just-in-time compiler for
JDK 1.0.2
? Developed framework for evaluating performance of next generation
Sparc chip architecture. Analysed software pipelining schedules for the
UltraSparc III chip for the Spec 95 benchmark suite of programs.
