Sharad & Stefan,
You are correct - the DTD does not match the tag=value version of the 4.3
spec. We will fix this when we update the DTD for 4.4. In addition I will
post a change request to bring the Quote and new Quote Response back in
line
with the Quote Request so that they can form a one-to-one dialog.
