On a New Order-Single message, if Commission Type (Tag 12) is specified as “Per Share”, in what format is the Commission (Tag 13) usually specified?

E.g. If the sender wants to indicate “2 cents per share”, would they send in “2” or “0.02” as Commission?

Is it an industry standard to expect Commision in dollar value (for US markets)or is it agreed upon on a per-client Fix-connection basis?
