Tuesday, July 13th / Chicago
Kindly Hosted by Thomson Reuters
The events of May 6, 2010 caused many market participants to consider whether standards that enable the industry to more effectively manage pre-trade risk should be further evaluated. Join FIX Protocol Limited (FPL) on July 13th to benefit from the knowledge and experience of a panel of industry experts as they discuss the issues, challenges and opportunities presented by the potential adoption of new standards for risk management within the Derivatives markets. This session will explore topics such as whether there is the potential for new controls specifically within the algorithmic trading space and if market structure changes are required by the listed derivatives markets?
Participants will be provided with an update on the progress of the FPL Account Management Working Group, FPL activities in the Americas Region over the past 6 months, and its plans for the balance of 2010. Following the presentation and panel session all delegates are invited to join networking drinks, providing an opportunity for attendees to meet with colleagues and peers from the electronic trading community.
