As a volunteer organization with global membership, FPL is seeking to hire a dedicated professional manager acting in the capacity of the Executive Director to the FIX Protocol Ltd. organization. The Executive Director (ED) will be responsible for coordination and management of all FPL-related activities and will report to the Global Steering Committee. In this capacity the ED will manage all outsourced services and ensure that the membership is efficiently served. The five critical objectives of this new position will include:

Attract and retain members to the FPL organization to support enhanced membership services

Efficiently and effectively transition FPL to new organizational structure

Drive FPL initiatives forward coordinating the efforts of FPL volunteers and harnessing their industry expertise

Build on FPL’s solid brand equity and market penetration to ensure that FPL remains the pre-eminent pre-trade through pre-settlement standard for electronic communication

Manage relationships with all service providers to ensure the highest quality service and value for FPL and its membership.
