GTC's: how to Order Cancel && Cancel/Rpl

What date field/tag-id should be used when specifying an GTC/GTD order (good till canceled, good till date) in an order cancel request and msg cancel/replace request msg when order create date != current date??

FIX 4.1 Spec has the following date(s) / tag-ids avail:

transactTime (TagID=60) - ok, but of type time
tradeDate(TagID=75) - overloading meaning
sendingDate(tagID=51) - deprecated/retired tagid
sendingTime(tagID=52) - ok, but type time

there is no transactDate field/tagID.

any help greatly appreciated.
