Leading Investment bank seeks a Head of Tokyo IT business services
Duties to include
Initiate actions to prevent recurrence of faults through route cause analysis, user education and training.
Proactively manage the desktop environment and implement procedures to improve the quality of service to our customers.
Manage the implementation of users’ requests for changes within a published time frame specified and agreed in advance.
Seek innovative and cost-effective ways to designing, supporting and implementing services.
Experience required
5 years in IT in a investment banking or financial institution. Solid NT & W2K experience. Ability to manage a culturally diverse mid size team.Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Japanese & English)
