Core Infrastructure Developer - Hong Kong
Global investment bank in Hong Kong is seeking to fill in the position of a Core Infrastructure Developer.
The successful candidate will play a key role in a team of high-caliber developers & support specialists working in Tokyo and Hong Kong. The successful candidate will also participate in the development and deployment of major infrastructure processes that support various trading applications. These are other areas which the candidate will undertake:
- Gather and analyze system and business requirements for equity trading systems
- Design, develop and test solutions for local and regional (if needed) deployment
- Discuss and manage development projects
- Manage relationships with IT counterparts and vendors
- Support and trouble shoot trading systems across all application domains
Technical Skill Requirements:

Proven history of delivering high-quality software relating to the financial industry

Extensive development experience in C++
-
Experience with Linux, client/server architectures, Sybase/SQL, and scripting languages

Strong technical ability to solve low-level problems in applications, business flows, hardware systems, networks, etc.

Trouble shoot systems in outage situations
-
Proficient in English language.
