I have had the great pleasure and honor to serve as the Americas Regional Co-chair along side John Goeller for a number of years. The organization has been through many transformations over the past 17 years since I first became involved in FIX. We had some internal restructuring that is paving the way for some real positive change in the near future. A modern website that will help connect the vast, global FIX Community. Reinvigorated work on modernizing FIX itself to address high performance computing. A refocusing of FIX on providing business value throughout the trading life cycle.
