According to the case table in spec, when A->Q->B, Q should send the message with HopCompID = Q’s CompID and HopSendingTime = A’s sending time. But, HopSendingTime is the time that HopCompID sent the message according to comments about the field, so in above case, HopSendingTime should be Q’s sending time.

Please tell me which is correct.
