When sending a quote with 167=“REPO”, which tag should be used to indicate whether collateral ownership is transferred (i.e., pledged vs. outright)? For pledged repo, title remains with the seller, whereas for outright repo, ownership transfers. My understanding is that tag 762 should not be used here, as it specifies the type of collateral (e.g., general or special).
Wonder if a customized extension to tag 167 is expected in this scenario?
