Hi,

its simple go to the option print fix log and press that button, verifix will show you the logs in excel sheet and then you can export the logs into spread sheet and specify the path in which you would like to store it.

Thanks your feedback :slight_smile: Btw, i have try to search hold screen of Order Manager, i couldn’t find any option print fix log.

FYI, i am using Verifix 4.2. In the order manager, i only able found out this few option as below,

Settings
->Configure Order State Actions
->Disable Order State Tracking
->Enable session routing mode
->Disable Auto Update/Refresh
->Clear Order Mgr DB
->Quick Message Editor

So, can u guide me how am i to get the correct option that you are mention in early post?

To establish the session their is a tab for this, below that their are some buttons for resetting the sequence number,clearing the logs etc.

In this column you have the button for the print fix logs by which you can see the logs and export them in the excel sheet.

By the way what is your name.

I get what your means. In fact, i am refering the information appear in Order Manager(the icon looks like hp). Do you have idea about this?
