How to handle Quotes in FIX 4.2

Hi All,

How do I handle quotes to be sent to exchange? I need to submit a quote directly to exchange using FIX 4.2 messages. Quote request message of FIX 4.2 is not accepted by exchange and we need to directly submit a quote to the exchange,for e.g. LSE (London Stock Exchange - Enter Quote details - 5QD)
