How to test FIX with SGX ?

Folks.

We want to offer our algos to traders in India who want to arbitrage NIFTY futures in NSE & SGX (see here: http://www.business-standard.com/india/news/sgx-closes-innse/329858/)

We offer a FIX-enabled trading platform that can run such arbitrage algos. We are already connected to NSE via FIX, however, we need to test our FIX connectivity to SGX. Subsequently, we will look for a SGX broker.

Does anyone know of how we can proceed ? Find a participating broker ? or, does the exchange provide a test-bed ?
