There are many FIX documents & projects implemented , but no one explains about the FIX advantages/drawbacks over other protocol implemetation.
Please help me understand FIX through following querries :
1> How to decide about the FIX project scope?
2> What is the required infrastructure for FIX Server & interface system implementations ? Vendors ?
3> Java/C++ FIX APIs interface/implementations with FIX Server ? Please explain about the existing librabies and it’s realtime project implementation
4> what are the encription/security features of FIX?
