TradingScreen are looking for an Implementation Manger to work with French speaking clients in Europe. Candidate must be bi-lingual, fluent in French and English. The Job is based in TradingScreens London Office
Overall Purpose
Manage implementation of new clients and connection of additional brokers for existing clients in France, Switzerland and other European countries. Overall purpose is to speed up the installation process so that new revenues can be recognised. Deliver training to new and existing users on product functionality to enable them to make best use of the system.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Liaise with clients to ensure they get installed, set up is completed, and testing is carried out with their chosen brokers to get them connected and follow through to get clients live on the system.
• Post go live provide initial support and monitor client issues, work closely with other members of the 1st and 2nd line support teams to ensure problems are resolved to client’s satisfaction. From time to time provide 1st Line support to clients to cover holidays and resource gaps in the Client Services Group.
• Track client implementations, so that status reports can be provided to Sales and Global Head of Support.
• Schedule regular calls to a given set of accounts, taking responsibility for monitoring their trading activity and order flow on a regular basis. Develop relationships with clients / users through regular contact and visits. Work with sales to protect existing revenues and develop cross selling opportunities within the account.
• Train new and existing clients on the use of the system, delivering training based on their needs. Gather feedback on product usability to feedback to product development.
• Assist clients with software upgrades, encouraging them to move to new releases, benefit from fixes or enhancements and ensure that TradingScreen version control is maintained.
Required Skills
• Bi lingual French and English Language – Must be fluent in both written and spoken language – This is a mandatory requirement
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a support or implementation role for software vendor or sell side
• Working knowledge of financial markets and institutional investment process
• Technical Knowledge: trading platforms, networks, connectivity, knowledge of fix protocol
• Some European travel will be a requirement of the position
