Also, related to this tag 40988 (also added in the same EP) is of type "Len", when I think it's supposed to be "Length".

Thanks for this.  We'll investigate.

Tags 1579, 2073, 2075, 40005, 40009, 40979, 40981, 40983, 40985, 40987, 40989 were added for EP161, and all seem to refer to type="Data", where the data-type definition is actually defined in all lower-case "data".  It's also inconsistent with other fieldrefs, which use type="data" (e.g. tag 96, 351 etc..)
