In the Indication of Interest message (MsgType = 6);
(1) For field 231, the description says “For Fixed Income, Convertible Bonds, Derivatives, etc.” – so that I can implement thorough validation I need to know the full list inferred by “etc” in this context. Can anyone enlighten me ?
(2) For fields 223, 218 and 219 the description says “For Fixed Income”. How do I identify that this message is “For Fixed Income” – there doesn’t appear to be a value listed in field 167 (SecurityType) that explicitly indicates Fixed Income.
(3) Finally, could anyone contribute any examples of Indication of Interest messages ? They would be very useful in testing my validation code.
