The FIX ver 4.3 says that let initiator send a logout to the counterparty. He receives a confirmation from the counterparty and sends a resend request as the seq no of confirmation was higher than expected. The counterparty fulfills this request by ie seq reset or sends in mesages. After this the initiator has to again initiate a logout.
Now the question is that after the resend request has been fulfilled can initiator send other messages than logout.
also is this type of process applicable in version 4.2?
