InstrAttribType (871) and InstrAttribValue (872)

Hi - I would like to know if the instrument extension block () that contains InstrAttribType (871) and InstrAttribValue (872) is allowed in the TradeCaptureReport. I know that this is permitted in the TradeCaptureReportRequest.
