Does anyone know the appropriate ISO MIC (Market Identifier Code) for the merged Amsterdam Exchange that includes the Stock Exchange and the Derivatives Exchange?

Here are values I know - not sure which (if any) are appropriate:

XAMSNL21XXX AMSTERDAMSE EFFECTENBEURS
XACENL21XXX AMSTERDAM COMMODITY EXCHANGE
XFTANL21XXX FINANCIELE TERMIJNMARKET AMSTERDAM

We are using ‘XAMS…’ for this purpose if that helps.
