Large international investment management company looking for person to provide IT and general support to the regional equity trading desk.
Major Responsibilities:
Support the both internal and external systems trading and portfolio management systems dealing with the following technologies:
UNIX, Sybase, Oracle, NT Servers, Citrix.
Broker Testing (both European and Pac Rim)
Reuters and Bloomberg Support
Assistance with coordination with Operations Group
Rebuilding Trader workstations
Crisis management (for any large SSgA outage, i.e. network, Sybase, Oracle as well as FIX)
Trading Desk Phone Support
General Help Desk related tasks serving as facilitor (i.e. password resets, Lotus Notes issues etc.)
Hong Kong Desk DR set up
Ad hoc data queries
Close liaison with SSgA Systems Group
