Experience Required - Mandatory

Four years hands on experience as a Windows 2000
administrator with MCSE or equivalent understanding.

Two years supporting an investment (or financial)
banking environment
Strong written and oral communication skills in both
English and Japanese.
In-depth knowledge in network concepts (DNS, DHCP,
LAN & WAN)
Strong relationship management skills

Experience - Preferred

Perl Scripting in either Windows or UNIX platform
Some administration or operations experience in
either Linux or Solaris
Experience in exchange administration
Experience in active Directory administration
Experience configuring and/or maintaining Microsoft
SMS
Support of Reuters, Bloomberg, and other financial
applications

Representative

Installs, configures and customizes win2k operating
systems
Adds peripherals and debug server problems/issues
Coordinates the upgrade and/or installation of new
or existing equipment
Recommends in writing suitable hardware equipment
for business need
Performs necessary maintenance and support
activities
Maintains and reviews system logs and reports
Manages disk space, performs backups and file
restorations
Develops necessary scripts for operation and
production processes
Handle fairly complex hardware/software problems
