Javelin Technologies are expanding their support team in London and are looking for a support/integration engineer for their Appia, Coppelia, and FIXBOX Instant Integrator products. The role will primarily consist of telephone and
email support for Javelin clients across Europe and the installation/integration of product on client sites.
Candidates should have previous support experience in the financial sector and knowledge of FIX and/or other protocols.
Solid work experience in at least three of the following areas preferred: Windows, Solaris, Linux, Java, C++, VB, ActiveX, MQ Series, TIBCO, JMS.
Knowledge of VPNs, Firewalls useful.
