JAVELIN TECHNOLOGIES’ FORMER VICE PRESIDENT DEVELOPMENT JOINS CAMERON SYSTEMS

New York, NY, Tuesday November 12, 2002 — Cameron Systems today announced that Ben Lai, former Vice President of Development for Javelin Technologies, has joined the Cameron Systems development team as Development Director.

The appointment of Ben Lai continues the acceleration in business and product development for Cameron Systems. Last month, Cameron Systems announced the new appointments of Financial Fusion’s former European Sales and Technical Directors, Glenn Cruickshank and Chris Lowdon, to spearhead Cameron Systems further expansion in Europe.

"I’ve been involved in the FIX industry for the past four years and have witnessed Cameron Systems growth as a major player in FIX products," said Ben Lai. "Cameron Systems has shown real leadership in FIX product development. I’m very excited to be part of a growing company and I’m looking forward to producing new products and solutions for our customers."

"We are very pleased to have Ben Lai join the team," said John Cameron, CTO for Cameron Systems. "Ben is a skilled developer and project manager, and will be a real asset in our team."

Ben Lai worked for Javelin Technologies in New York from 1999 to 2002 in the position of Vice President Development. Whilst at Javelin, Ben led the team that developed the Appia FIX engine, and also developed the High Availability options for the Appia and Coppelia FIX engines. Previously, Ben Lai worked for Pfizer, Kodak, and BHP in New York and Australia.

Ben will work from the Cameron Systems development base in Melbourne, Australia.

Cameron Systems’ clients include UBS Warburg Paine Webber, Credit Suisse First Boston, Knight Securities, Barclays Capital, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and the Australian Stock Exchange.

Cameron Systems is exhibiting at two events in the coming month, both supported by the FIX Protocol organization:
The Bond Market Association Fixed-Income Summit & Expo on E-Commerce & Technology in New York, November 21, 2002, booth # 217 — and — Implementing the FIX Protocol in Milan, Italy, December 4, 2002.
