In Fix 4.1, LastShares > 0 always represents a fillin an ExecReport of any OrdStatus as long as ExecTransType = New. Does the same hold for ExecType, i.e., assuming ExecTransType = New, should LastShares > 0 in all but ExecType = Fill or PartialFill be DK’ed, even though this is not an explicit DKReason, or should the message be treated as a Fill/PartialFill irregardless of the ExecType sent?
