This is for a heavy LINUX, C developer (engineer). Systems programming ability. A very technical candidate who is tuned into the LINUX world (internet discussion boards, periodicals, user groups, etc.) and can analyze, review new LINUX features, make recommendations, and help customize LINUX based software and builds throughout the firm.
This is an excellent opportunity, with a lot of high visibility at the firm.
Candidate does not need to have financial background at all. Someone from a software vendor, telecom, etc.,
This is not a LINUX administrator. They have been getting resumes of team leads from Wall St. responsible for overseeing LINUX server builds and rollouts. This is not what they are looking for.
