Established & Dynamic financial organisation in London is looking for a Permanent "Hands On" Senior Development Manager.
The role will be taking full responsibility of a Green Field project developing a high profile Trading application that already has high demand from existing clients. You will also take responsibility for existing projects that require on going development.
The trading application will be FIX based and as such you need to be highly confident developing FIX related applications as well as being a key development figure within your immediate background. The role will also involve high levels of contact with clients related to specific connectivity issues, analysis of business requirements, implementation & on going issues related to ultimately supporting this new application as well as the other existing apps.
Technology: Java or .net based, environment is Microsoft with Oracle RDBMs
As mentioned this is a hands on roll, you need to be able to demonstrate experience at developing trading applications (FIX, Java) and have experience of leading others.
There will be priority for anyone with a history of delivering the full project life cycle successfully, with a relevant trading application.
This is an immediate requirement (realistic timescales for those working), as they need to get the Development manager on board ASAP to help in the final Design and planning the initial stages of development.
