Function:
• Control the strategic and day-to-day opportunities within the Integration Consulting across Asia Pac
Responsibilities:
• The Manager of Asia Pacific Integration Consulting controls all aspects of the regional integration business in consultation with the market managers, including budget, project management, and effective regional use of resources.
The areas of responsibility include:
• Responsible for successful roll out of new integrated product implementations within the Asia Pacific region. There is also the responsibility of project managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Manage and coach the team of Integration Consultants to fulfill their vital role achiving targets (including billable time).
• Provide integration consultants with personal development and career fulfillment.
• Develop strong working relationships with internal and external clients.
• Responsible for developing new consulting services business opportunities.
• Successfully implement STP partner initiated programs whilst working closely with the regional STP/FIX partner person to realize benefits from STP/FIX partner program.
• Differentiate the clients value from competitors and maintain significant business relationships with management level clients: within the group at the Regional and Global level, as well as at the client organizations.
• Represent the Asia Integration Consulting team at a management level
Qualifications:
• 5+ years experience with information technology, consulting, and management in and around STP concepts with proven FIX delivery projects.
• 5 + years experience in managing a distant / virtual team highly desirable
• Exhibit proven system integration expertise
• Demonstrable ability to manage client relationship at all levels business and technical
• Effectively deal with conflict, opportunities and threats using influencing skills to achieve consensus, negotiating with clients, business partners, and third party vendors, and thriving in an interrupt-driven environment.
• Ability to excel in autonomous role
• Skills in team development
• Proven track record of business development
• Tertiary qualifications preferably in MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Must be able to travel up to 40% within the region and flexibility for traveling world-wide
