Be responsible for managing the developers for the FX desk and managing the team supporting the fixed income infrastructure. Candidate must be a hands-on manager with strong technical skills and be capable of defining and overseeing the creation of a new FX infrastructure in addition to supporting the existing broader FI environment. Must be able to staff the teams and implement sound software development and production support practices. Requires close interaction with the business and the ability to prioritize a complex set of requests. Fabulous growth and income opportunity.
