Description:
Permanent position
-Using discretion and judgment, directs the strategy, business analysis, resource allocation and project management for all Equity technology needs - including trading, operations and investment research systems. -Directs the definition, design, testing, and implementation of all system enhancements and products.
-Works closely with Senior Management and programmers to develop products, services, efficiencies that are consistent with the vision and strategy of GIST.
-Has a risk-mitigating mindset, and is focused on internal controls. -Manages assigned personnel.

Description:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 10 plus years prior related experience in investment technology or financial industry.
Strong organizational and large project planning management skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and management skills.
Experience designing and delivering presentations and training to diverse audiences, including groups that include senior management and administrative staff members as well as groups that include technical and non-technical personnel and clients.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to interact with all levels of management
