/ parties list to a Broker session.

Not in the current FIX.4.4 standard. Plus Markets in the UK added a PartyList custom message to their FIX.4.4 implementation which serves as one of the inputs into the PartyDetailsListRequest and PartyDetailsListReport messages that are part of FIX.5.0SP2.
