MarketDataRequest message missing from XSD definition?

Hi,

It appears as if the MarketDataRequest message has been omitted from the 5.0SP1 and 5.0 XSD schema files. Is there any reason for this (ie. has it been replaced with something else)?

As far as I could see, the 5.0SP1 specification doesn’t say anything about this message type having been deprecated…

Thanks for pointing this out. It’s an error in the repository.

V MarketDataRequest Message MarketData 29 Pre Trade MktDataReq Volume3 1

In MsgTypes.xsl should have 0 as opposed to the entry it has. This is used to suppress generation of messages like Heartbeat etc from the XML representation of FIX.

We will look to correct this asap and post an errata.
