Meaning of Tag 42

Hi all,
What is the meaning of tag 42 in the order message. Should we ignore it if we have tag 52 in the message? A customer sent an order message with tags 52(20060711-16:47:53), 60(60=20060711-16:47:53) and 42(20060706-13:34:18).
Should we reject the message because tag 42 looks incorrect?

Tag 42 should not be specified on an order, see the the specifications section for more info.
