I am sending new single order and getting this error

Probably due to the field you are using to describe the destination is incorrect or not recognised.

The error seems specific to the FIX Engine you are connecting to. Check the Rules of Engagement (Interface Specification) as to the valid values of TargetCompID (56), TargetSubID (57) or ExDestination (100). The recipient does not know where you want this order to go.
