MIC Code is an ISO standard, also available here:

How do we go about assigning numeric values for these ECNs? They are not included in the list of ECNs on the link.

With the following ECNs, please verify the information below. If you were referring to a different ECN, please provide the name of the ECN next to the alphabetical code you have stated.

Also refer to the following link to see that all the ECNs below have a code, except NSX and NTRD: http://www.fixprotocol.org/specifications/exchanges.shtml

NSX - Are you referring to National Stock Exchange of Australia? – Will assign a code

BSE - Bombay Stock Exchange - Already has the code BO

CBOE - Chicago Board Options Exchange - Already has the code W

ISE – Are you referring to the Istanbul Stock Exchange or to the International Securities Exchange?
For Istanbul Stock Exchange, the code IS is present, and for International Securities Exchange, the code Y is present

PHLX - Philadelphia Stock Exchange - Already has the code PH

NTRD - OnTrade – Will assign a code

Again once you verify this information, we can go ahead and assign the codes to NSX and NTRD.
